组建高端智库 把脉学校发展——温州肯恩大学专家咨询委员会成立

　　为充分借力顶尖智力资源，把脉学校发展战略，高质量推进学校高水平国际化大学建设，10月9日温州肯恩大学专家咨询委员会成立，15位专家学者重磅加入，组成学校发展战略高端专业智库。市委书记陈伟俊，市委常委、秘书长王军会见了参会的专家。副市长汤筱疏参加了会议。

　　据悉，此次温肯专家咨询委员会阵容强大，由15位在对外交流、中外合作办学或高等教育领域具有深厚专业背景和管理经验的专家组成，其中8人为院士。委员会专家分别为：中国科学院院士、浙江大学校长吴朝晖，中国科学院院士、浙江大学原校长杨卫，中国科学院院士、香港理工大学校长滕锦光，中国科学院院士、香港中文大学教授谢作伟，中国科学院院士、上海交通大学教授颜德岳，中国科学院院士、东华大学材料科学与工程学院院长朱美芳，加拿大皇家科学院士、加拿大工程院院士、香港中文大学（深圳）副校长朱世平，瑞典皇家科学院院士、瑞典隆德大学教授Sven Lidin，澳门科技大学协理副校长孙建荣，美国商务部原助理部长黄建南，国际货币基金组织原秘书长林建海，浙江大学教授、美国农业与生物工程学会会士应义斌，厦门大学中外合作办学研究中心主任林金辉，浙江省公共政策研究院院长、浙江大学求是特聘教授姚先国和莫斯科国立大学教授、英国皇家化学学会会士Sergey Vatsadze。他们的加入为温肯提供了高级“思想库”和“智囊团”，将进一步提高学校规划决策的科学性和前瞻性，加快温州肯恩大学高水平、国际化建设进程。

　　会议由学校党委书记、理事长王北铰主持。会上，学校校长王立博士介绍了温肯的办学历程、办学成效和学校未来发展规划。现场还举行了专家咨询委员会聘任仪式，副市长汤筱疏和校长王立一起为专家们颁发了聘书，这标志着温州肯恩大学专家咨询委员会正式成立。

　　随后，专家咨询委员会召开第一次会议，会议围绕“后疫情时代，如何将温州肯恩大学尽快建设成为高水平、国际化大学”展开讨论，专家学者们纷纷结合自身经验和专业优势积极建言献策。

　　从学校的办学定位和特点、大学的社会责任和功能，到多元化招生办学，学科建设和发展，再到法人治理结构的健全、管理体制机制的完善，国际交流与合作的开展，以及师资建设、人才培养、科研服务、文化传承等各方面，每位委员都为温肯的发展发表真知灼见。

　　王北铰书记在最后致辞表示，成立专家咨询委员会既是新时代实现高等教育高质量发展的重要途径，又将助力学校下一步更精准、更细化地发展。学校将认真梳理归纳各位专家提出的意见建议，逐条分析研究，消化吸收更多的成长养分，让专家的好想法、“金点子”，切实融入到学校建设发展工作的过程中去，实现学校高水平、国际化建设发展新突破。

　　High-end Think Tank： Wenzhou-Kean University Advisory Committee holds its Founding Ceremony and First Meeting

　　On October 9th， Wenzhou-Kean University spearheaded an Advisory Committee， a top-tier think tank with a total of 15 scholars and experts involved。 The Secretary of Wenzhou Municipal Party Committee Mr。 Weijun CHEN， Member of the Standing Committee and Secretary-General Mr。 Jun WANG and Deputy Mayor Ms。 Xiaoshu TANG attended the event。

　　The Committee has a strong lineup with eight academicians and six experts participated。 They all have profound experience in related fields such as cultural exchanges， internationalized education， Sino-Foreign Cooperative Universities。

　　At the event， Chancellor Li WANG made an elaborate introduction about WKU and its previous achievements as well as development strategies and implementation before the official Appointment Letter Awarding Ceremony kicked off。 Deputy Mayor Ms。 Xiaoshu TANG and Chancellor Li WANG issued the appointment letter to three academicians on-site and 12 experts， who were participating the event online， announcing they were the members of the Advisory Committee。

　　After the announcement， the Advisory Committee held its first conference， which themed on how to establish Wenzhou-Kean University into a high-level and international university in the post-pandemic era。 Experts and scholars have actively made contributions based on their own experiences and practices。

　　Constructive suggestions have been put forward on a variety of topics ranging from University’s expansion strategy， discipline construction， the growth of international communications， the growth of faculty team， management and governance structure， to institutional accreditation， etc。

　　In the closing speech， Mr。 Beijiao WANG stressed， the establishment of the Advisory Committee is a significant step towards a world-class institution。 It paves the way for the University‘s advancement in a much more precise way。 We deeply appreciate all the appointees’ efforts today， and will seriously consider every piece of expertise， integrating inspiring ideas into the university’s further development。
